Challenge

MassAccess’s former website couldn’t keep pace with the growing needs of their member stations. Lacking modern tools and intuitive structure, it made it difficult to share resources, communicate advocacy efforts, or facilitate participation in statewide initiatives like the Mass Media eXchange (MMX). To better serve their members—and strengthen their voice in policy conversations—MassAccess needed a fresh, functional platform.
