A custom-built WordPress platform designed to manage complex content, support professional education, and improve access to trauma-informed resources.

TICTI required a modern website capable of handling extensive content while remaining clear, navigable, and accessible across devices.

Challenge

The existing site had grown to nearly 1,000 pages and was difficult to manage and navigate. It also lacked the functionality needed to support registrations and professional connections.

Key challenges included:

• Managing and organizing a very large content library
• Supporting training and seminar registrations through a clear calendar system
• Creating a searchable, map-based therapist directory
• Improving mobile usability and overall site structure

Solution

We designed and developed a custom WordPress solution tailored to TICTI’s operational and educational needs.

Work included:

• Training Registration System: Integrated WooCommerce with The Events Calendar so trainings function as products while displaying dates through an intuitive event calendar
• Map-Based Therapist Directory: Built an interactive directory to help users locate qualified trauma-informed therapists by location
• Site Reorganization: Restructured hundreds of pages into a clearer hierarchy to improve navigation and content discovery
• Mobile Responsiveness: Ensured smooth performance across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
