Site Rescue is $249 and includes diagnosis plus up to two hours of troubleshooting and repair.
WordPress Repair
“Help! My WordPress site is broken!”
Sometimes that means your entire website is down. Other times, one important piece has stopped working.
Either way, if your business depends on your website for calls, customers, appointments or sales, downtime matters.
The White Screen of Death
Your website is completely blank. No error message. No obvious explanation. Just a white screen.
WordPress people have called it the White Screen of Death for years. Despite the name, it doesn’t mean your website is actually dead. Something has gone wrong badly enough that WordPress can’t display the page normally.
The layout looks broken
Your website loads, but something is clearly wrong. Styles are missing, sections are out of place or pages suddenly look nothing like they did before.
Something stopped working
A drop-down menu won’t open. A pop-up won’t close. A form won’t submit. Your calendar disappeared. A plugin that worked yesterday isn’t working today.
Customers can't check out
Your WooCommerce store is online, but something has gone wrong with the cart, checkout, payment process or another part of the purchase experience.
You can't get into WordPress
The login page throws an error. The dashboard won’t load. Or you can log in, but something inside the WordPress admin is broken.
The site is down or timing out
You’re seeing a 503 error, a server error, repeated timeouts or a website that simply won’t load.
Sometimes your hosting company may tell you the website is using too many resources without giving you much idea why.
You don't have to know what's wrong. That's our job.
The first thing we’re going to ask is simple: What are you seeing?
That’s usually enough to get us started. Our team knows how to narrow down a WordPress problem, find what’s causing it and figure out what it will take to fix it.
Sometimes it’s WordPress. Sometimes it’s a plugin, your hosting, the server or something else entirely. We’ll figure that part out.
We know our way around a broken WordPress site.
The core members of our development team have been working with our founder for more than 15 years. And they weren’t new to WordPress when they joined us. Each of them already had years of WordPress experience behind them.
That’s a long time to spend building websites together and figuring out what went wrong when something breaks.
We’ve worked through failed updates, plugin conflicts, PHP errors, JavaScript problems, broken themes and layouts, hosting issues and websites nobody could get into. We’ve also dealt with plenty of problems that didn’t make much sense until we started digging.
After that many years, you learn where to look.
If your WordPress website is broken, there’s a very good chance we’ve seen something like it before. And if we haven’t, we know how to work the problem until we find it.
