A large-scale nonprofit website rebuilt for clarity and access

We reorganized a complex service-based website into a clear, navigable WordPress platform that makes it easier for individuals, families, and providers to find programs, resources, and support.

Web Design

A redesigned website that clearly organizes ServiceNet’s diverse programs and improves usability for a wide range of audiences.

ServiceNet needed a digital presence that could communicate the scope of its services while supporting accessibility, mobile use, and everyday information needs.

Challenge

The existing site lacked modern structure and was difficult to navigate, especially for users seeking specific services or resources on mobile devices.

Key objectives included:

  • Clearly articulating the full range of services offered
  • Enhancing accessibility and overall user experience
  • Providing a centralized hub for information and engagement

Solution

We worked with ServiceNet to create a comprehensive website that better supports its mission and the people it serves.

Work included:

  • Service Overview: Clear sections outlining all program areas, including brain injury services, child and adolescent services, counseling and psychiatry, developmental services, mental health recovery, shelter and housing, substance use and recovery, and vocational services
  • User-Friendly Navigation: Intuitive menus and a responsive layout to ensure seamless access across devices
  • Resource Accessibility: Streamlined access to contact information, service locations, and support resources
  • News and Updates: A section for organizational news, events, and community updates
  • Employment Opportunities: A dedicated area highlighting job openings and career opportunities

Results

The redesigned website provides a comprehensive and accessible platform for individuals seeking support and information. Improved navigation and clearer service descriptions have strengthened engagement with clients, families, and the broader community while reinforcing ServiceNet’s commitment to improving lives across western Massachusetts.
