As Soveya’s offerings expanded, the website needed to do more than present information. It had to support lead generation, client communication, and program delivery—without adding administrative burden or disrupting the user experience.

Challenge

Soveya wanted to improve how they managed client interactions and marketing efforts while creating a smoother experience for users. The core need was to integrate the WordPress website with a robust CRM system that could automate processes, track engagement, and support growth.

Solution

We integrated Infusionsoft (now Keap) directly with Soveya’s WordPress site, creating a unified system for marketing, sales, and client management.

  • Automated Lead Capture: Implemented custom opt-in forms that automatically add new subscribers to the CRM, improving lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Email Marketing Automation: Built automated email campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed about programs, resources, and events.
  • E-commerce Integration: Streamlined purchases for coaching sessions, books, and resources, syncing transactions and customer data directly into Infusionsoft.
  • Enhanced User Experience: Improved navigation and responsiveness to ensure the site remains intuitive and accessible across all devices.
