When we maintain and host your WordPress website, we have access to both the website and the hosting environment. We can investigate the problem, work out where it’s coming from and take care of most issues ourselves.
And when something requires help at the infrastructure level, we have 24/7 expert support from our hosting partner behind us.

There’s no single piece of software that makes a website completely secure.
That’s why we use several layers to protect the WordPress websites we host, reduce unwanted traffic and give us the tools to respond when something doesn’t look right.
Our Hosting Environment
We lease dedicated servers from InMotion Hosting.
That gives us control over the hosting environment instead of putting our clients’ websites into a generic shared hosting account we don’t manage.
Each website has its own hosting account, and we have server-level access to the environment as a whole.
That lets us monitor what’s happening, investigate unusual traffic or resource usage and make adjustments when a website needs something different.
For most day-to-day hosting issues, we don’t need to wait for somebody else to take a look.
We can get in there ourselves.
And when we need help beyond our level of access, InMotion’s 24/7 support team is there.

Already have an IT company managing your DNS? That's fine.
Some of our clients have an IT company managing their email, network, Cloudflare account and other DNS records.
We don’t need to take that away from them.
We’ll work with your IT team and provide the Cloudflare settings and firewall rules we recommend for the website. They can continue managing the systems they’re responsible for while we take care of WordPress and the website itself.
It’s their lane.
We’ll stay in ours.
